Europe’s Future and the SDGs: Featuring the launch of the Europe Sustainable Development Report (5th edition)

The fifth edition of the Europe Sustainable Development Report will be released on 25 January by the UN SDSN and its SDSN Europe Chapter, in collaboration with the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).
This year’s edition aims to provide useful contributions to strengthen Europe’s SDG leadership ahead of important European elections in June 2024 and the Summit of the Future convened by the UN Secretary-General in September 2024.
The Report includes the updated SDG Index for the EU, its member states and partner countries. The key findings build on three workshops organized with civil society between April and November 2023.
The hybrid launch event will be hosted by the EESC in Brussels, and will be streamed live on a dedicated webpage.
